Orders are processed in under 3 days and typically ship the day of purchase if the order is placed before 12:00pm CST, pending credit verification. Orders placed after 12:00pm CST typically ship out the next shipping day. All orders placed on Friday after 12:00 CST will process and ship the following Monday.

Customers with failed payments or any payment issues will be contacted within a day of their order by either email or phone. Orders with incomplete payments after 5 days of contact will be cancelled.
Merchandise may be exchanged or returned to original form of payment within 14 days of the date the shipment arrives. (All sales final on sale items). The shopper is responsible for shipping expenses. Receipt or printed email is required in return package. Jewelry, handbag(s), hat(s), hair accessories, and sale items are final.
1) If you aren't satisfied with your item, send us an email at [email protected] within 7 business days of receiving your order so we can approve your return.
2) After you receive approval for the return, ship the item back to our address:

3) All items must be shipped to The Fashion and postmarked within 7 calendar days of your emailed approval. Return shipping costs are at the customer's own expense. We suggest choosing a shipping option that provides a tracking number and emailing us the tracking so we know when to expect your return--that way we can process your return faster. We are not responsible for any packages lost or missing in the shipping process.
4) All items must be returned in their original condition, with tags still attached. Please allow 7 days from the time your return is shipped for the return to process.
